The senior Leaders of the Church are Alan and Lynne Woodhouse, who are also the founders of AVCC.

They have five children, three of whom are married, and ten grandchildren. Two of their children and their families are serving alongside them in the church.

They are anointed ministers of the Word, with a prophetic gifting, a clear vision, and a real heart for people, for family and for the world.

They are actively involved with a number of leaders in the UK, America, Africa, India and Sri Lanka.

They have particular gifting in raising up men and women of character who are able to fulfil God's calling on their lives, and they are increasingly moving in the healing ministry.
