Leadership Team

In Aylesbury Vale Community Church there are no superstars. We believe in the ministry of the whole body, and everyone has a role to play within the life of the church. We actively encourage and train leaders in all areas of church life, and we are regularly seeing new leaders emerging as we grow.

We have a leadership team which supports the elders and implements their vision.

We also have a wonderful network of other leaders who have responsibility for house groups, our prison ministry, schools work, catering, administration, PA, stewarding and much more…

Meet the Leadership Team

Andy Beeley Andy is a house group leader and also has the overall responsibity for the P.A. team.
Martin Oliver Martin heads up our mission team to Eldoret in Kenya. He is also a house group leader.
Darren Stickings Darren leads our street outreach and evangelism team, and is usually found on Friday and Saturday nights around the streets of Aylesbury spreading the good news of Jesus. Darren also leads a house group.
Jonathan Moore Jonathan is a house group leader.  He is married with two young children.
